          Box variable measurement and control system is an important part of photovoltaic/wind power generation system.The box transformer measurement and control system can solve the problem that the box transformer monitoring and control system cannot realize the box transformer monitoring and control because the box transformer is far away from the monitoring room and dispersed. The box transformer measurement and control system is mainly used for analog quantity acquisition, non-electricity protection, remote control and communication functions on the low voltage side of the box transformer. It can realize the remote management and automatic monitoring of the tank transformer in the booster station, and meet the "unattended or few people on duty" operation management method of the power plant tank transformer, thus greatly reducing the workload of on-site maintenance and the personal security risks.

          The box transformer measurement and control system is mainly composed of box transformer, box transformer measurement and control device, auxiliary communication line, integrated automatic system and power supply. The communication system is composed of MISCOM6026, a rack type switch in the main control room, and MIEN5100 core module in the outdoor room of the power generation area.


          Due to the long distance between the wind turbine in the wind farm and the booster substation (hereinafter referred to as the booster station), in order to reduce the loss in the process of power transmission, the wind turbine in the wind farm needs to be configured with a 35kV (or 10kV) box . The voltage transformer (hereinafter referred to as the wind power box transformer) boosts the electrical energy output by the fan first, and then converges to the 110kV booster station side and transmits it to the main grid system. The box transformer measurement and control system can solve the problem that the box transformer monitoring and control system cannot realize the box transformer monitoring and control because the box transformer is far away from the monitoring room and dispersed. The box transformer measurement and control device combines the communication management machine, the fiber optic switch and the complete box transformer measurement and control protection functions. Maiwe MIEN5100 / 3100 core module, the optical port on the device is used to form a ring with other box transformer measurement and control devices, and the exported network port can be connected to a camera, environmental detector and the exported serial port can be directly connected to RS485 / RS232 equipment.

          The whole box transformer measurement and control device uses the switch MIEN5100 / 3100 fiber port and the central control room MISCOM6026 fiber port to form a 100M redundant self-healing ring network. Maiwe ring industrial Ethernet switch supports the self-healing ring network technology, which can automatically recover when the transmission medium breaks, ensuring that the self-healing time of each node is less than 4 milliseconds; the ring network self-healing time composed of 10 nodes 30 milliseconds. Each power generation area is generally composed of 30 outdoor rooms or fans, corresponding to 30 box transformers, divided into three ring networks, each ring network has about 10 box transformers, and a fiber optic ring network is formed with the central control room switch to ensure network communication Stability and stability. Operators can monitor and control the box substation from a distance, thereby greatly reducing the workload of on-site maintenance and the resulting personal safety.
