* DOA (Defect on Arrival): A product is found to be defective within 3 months from the shipping date from Maiwe.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover

1. Out of warranty period.

2. Changing the hardware and software of the product without the Maiwe's authorization.

3. Defects resulting from usage of the product or accessories not in accordance with Maiwe user manual.

4. Defects resulting from any service, maintenance or repair executed by a third part other than     Maiwe, service provider or third party authorized by Maiwe.

5.Defects resulting from natural disaster, including but not limited to lightning, flooding, earthquake, fire, etc.
